Hey everyone! Okay here are the updates to the house. My Kodak camera has been acting weird and I think I need a new battery but for now I am using a camera that Sean bought for his deployment to Iraq. It works really great and I just figured out how to download the pictures to my camera! Yay! And it is smaller and there is less weight in my purse now. He he he!
Wow it has been almost three months since the builder started the foundation for the house and now look at it. The landscaping is done, the sprinkler system is done, the driveway is poured and the inside is getting done as well. Woo hoo look at the driveway - you could fit 6-8 cars in it. And we are in a cul-de-sac. Love it! Now onto the inside.
My cabinets through out the house are installed as well as the countertops. This countertop is called Cambria. It has quartz in it and is better than Granite. It is NOT pourous like granite and I don't have to seal it every six months so it is really safe from bacteria getting into it.
Here is my kitchen sink. It is sunk in the island so I don't get water everywhere. I am messy when I do the dishes. He he he!
Here is Sean's pride and joy in the garage. His water heater. He takes the longest shower that I know anyone could take. It is an 80 gallon tank - thank goodness no more cold showers for me - just kidding. Why soo big well I have 4 full baths! Crazy!
Here are Sean's air conditioners. The big one is for the first floor and the small one is for my craft room upstairs! Woo hoo! I can't wait to start crafting up there!
Here is my shower getting put in the master - just right of the garden tub. All the plumbing is done in the house.
The house is "hot". We have power and water running through the house now. This is what the lights look like from the craft room to the front door area. We'll move the front door light down some after all tiles and carpet are put in. And the paint is all done too - just some touch ups to fix.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoying this process with us! Drees Builders rock!
